Our client is a growing and well-established renewable energy company delivering high-quality installations across residential and commercial projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Solar PV Installer / Electrician to join their installation team on a subcontract basis. This is a hands-on, installation-only role ideal for a skilled electrician who wants consistent work in renewables without sales targets or office-based responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Installing Solar PV systems
Installing battery storage systems
Installing EV charging points
Completing high-quality, compliant electrical installations
Working as part of an on-site installation team
Ensuring all work meets current industry regulations and standards
Requirements
Essential
Fully qualified electrician
MCS Accreditation
Minimum 3 years electrical experience
Proven Solar PV installation experience
Full UK driving licence
Strong practical, on-site installation skills
Desirable
MCS accreditation (preferred / may be required depending on setup)
Experience across residential and commercial projects
