Are you passionate about turning new technology into real operational impact? ABM is looking for an Innovation Leader to drive the adoption of innovative technologies and digital solutions across one of our major client accounts in London and across the UK. Working across Operations, Technology, Business Intelligence and Client Engagement, you'll turn ideas into scalable solutions that improve performance, productivity, client experience and commercial value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and deliver the innovation roadmap
- Identify opportunities across AI, automation, IoT, robotics, smart buildings and digital services
- Build business cases and present recommendations to senior leaders and clients
- Lead technology pilots from concept through to implementation and rollout
- Drive operational improvement
- Embed new technology into day-to-day operations
- Automate and simplify manual processes
- Lead change, communication and user adoption
- Manage technology vendors and partners
- Use data to demonstrate value
- Work with Business Intelligence teams and Power BI to identify trends and opportunities
- Translate data into actionable improvements
- Measure adoption, performance and ROI
- Partner with our clients
- Build trusted relationships with ABM and client stakeholders
- Present innovation initiatives and results
- Identify new opportunities and demonstrate measurable business value
Innovation areas could include AI-enabled inspections, smart cleaning, robotics, predictive maintenance, IoT and more.
What we're looking for:
- Experience leading technology, innovation or digital transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI
- Experience implementing operational technology
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercial and analytical mindset
- Experience within Facilities Management or Workplace Services
Even better if you have:
- Knowledge of AI tools and Microsoft Copilot
- IoT or Smart Buildings experience
- Lean Six Sigma, Agile or Scrum experience
- Prosci, PRINCE2, PMP or similar certification
- Experience working within large enterprise environments
