Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor ready to take the lead on a prestigious commercial portfolio?
We're looking for a driven and customer-focused supervisor to oversee the engineering maintenance across a collection of premium commercial office buildings in Canary Wharf.

The Role As the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the engineering team, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard.
Working closely with both the client and building occupiers, you'll play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of several high-profile commercial buildings while leading and supporting a team of four engineers.
Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop a team of four electrical and multi-skilled maintenance engineers.
Plan and coordinate daily engineering activities across multiple commercial office buildings.
Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed within agreed service levels.
Act as the primary engineering contact for tenants, providing a professional and customer-focused service.
Maintain full compliance with statutory legislation, health & safety requirements and company procedures.
Manage specialist subcontractors and monitor the quality of completed works.
Oversee permit-to-work systems, RAMS and safe systems of work.
Provide technical support, fault diagnosis and assistance with complex electrical issues where required.
Ensure all maintenance records, compliance documentation and CAFM updates are completed accurately.
Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors and building occupiers to maintain exceptional service standards.
About You We're looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with excellent leadership and communication skills.
You'll ideally have:
NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent Electrical qualification.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within commercial building maintenance.
Strong background in planned preventative maintenance and reactive building services.
Excellent electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Experience working within occupied commercial office environments.
Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to motivate and develop others.
