We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Electrical Supervisor to join our client's team. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to work within a brand-new, state-of-the-art mixed-use commercial and residential development in Stratford, East London. The successful candidate will come from a strong electrical building services background and will be responsible for overseeing a small team of M&E Engineers, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the building's critical systems. This is a highly client-facing position, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build strong working relationships and liaise effectively with the client to deliver an exceptional level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a small team of M&E Engineers on site.
  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
  • Ensure all electrical systems are operated and maintained safely and efficiently.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client and manage day-to-day relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Monitor contractor performance and oversee specialist subcontractors.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of maintenance activities and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete all relevant documentation and reports.
  • Support the Engineering Manager in delivering a high standard of building services.
  • Drive excellent customer service and ensure service level agreements are achieved.
  • Complying with SFG20.
  • Record Keeping / Logbooks.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • 18th Edition
  • 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience working within a customer-facing environment.
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Right to work in the UK
