A friendly and inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest is seeking a committed Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team on a permanent basis. The Role
- Support children's learning through engaging, play-based activities.

- Work alongside teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Encourage children's social, emotional and academic development.
- Observe, monitor and contribute to children's progress and wellbeing.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years, or a degree in Education or another child-related subject.
- Has previous experience working within an Early Years setting.
- Demonstrates a warm, patient and nurturing approach.
- Communicates confidently with children, parents and colleagues.
- Is organised, dependable and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Has a genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
