A brand-new permanent position working as an HR Manager on a part-time basis. Hours of work will be between 16 and 20 hours per week, flexible across 3 or 4 days per week.

The HR Manager will successfully translate the UK business strategy into effective HR projects, policies, and practices ensuring legal compliance, supporting a high performing workforce, ensuring strong employee engagement and a future-proof organisational culture and structure.

Key areas of HR that the role covers are:

  • Supporting organisational change, restructuring, transformation initiatives, ensuring employment law compliance
  • Driving engagement initiatives promoting company values and supporting performance management processes
  • Responsible for strengthening leadership skills, coaching managers in their leadership roles
  • Supporting the development, implementation of HR policies and projects keeping HR policies up-to-date and fit for purpose
  • Responsible for day-to-day HR duties and responsibilities
  • Leading the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Giving advice and support to the SLT team on HR strategy, workforce planning etc.
  • Playing a key role in building a positive inclusive and high performing workplace culture
