Recruitment Consultant - Berkhamsted | Warm Desk | Immediate Billing Opportunities- Recruitment Consultant- Berkhamsted- Recruitment Consultant Are you an ambitious recruiter looking for the opportunity to hit the ground running, inherit a warm desk, and earn commission from day one?

We're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our established Berkhamsted team, taking over a high-performing desk specialising in Special Educational Needs recruitment.

Due to an internal move, this is a rare opportunity to inherit a successful desk with long-standing relationships across specialist and mainstream schools throughout Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas.

You'll receive a full handover of existing clients, live vacancies, and an active candidate network, giving you the platform to bill from your very first day.

The desk is currently being managed internally, so we're happy to accommodate both immediate and later start dates for the right person.

Experience within education or SEN recruitment would be advantageous, but we're also keen to hear from recruiters from other sectors or ambitious sales professionals looking to build a rewarding career in recruitment.

As part of the role, you'll regularly visit schools across the local area, so a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is highly desirable.
