£23,500 Basic + Uncapped Commission

OTE: £35K Year 1 | £60K Year 2 | £90K-£100K Year 3

You’ll start in the Research team, the proven route into becoming a Consultant. Many of the firm’s Managers and senior fee earners started here themselves.

The role:

Executive Search focuses on identifying and approaching highly skilled and senior professionals, including C-suite leaders, for important business-critical hires.

You’ll be trained to:

• Research companies and specialist technology markets
• Identify and headhunt senior professionals
• Work across the UK, Europe, US and APAC
• Support Consultants on retained Executive Search projects
• Build relationships with candidates and industry professionals
• Develop towards managing your own searches as a Consultant

Because the firm works on a retained basis, the focus is on quality, research and building credibility rather than simply competing to send CVs first.

Who they’re looking for:

You could be a recent graduate or someone with early experience in sales, customer service or an office environment. You’ll need to be confident, resilient, commercially minded and comfortable speaking with senior professionals. No recruitment experience is required. What matters is your attitude, communication skills and motivation to build a successful long-term career.
