About the Role:
Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task and complete set work.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and uphold the school's expectations.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson material - no planning or marking required.
Provide feedback to teaching staff and support the smooth running of the school day.
Requirements:
A degree or relevant experience working with young people (e.g., in education, coaching, or youth work).
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A positive attitude, adaptability, and professionalism.
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one).
