Quest Employment is currently recruiting! We are looking for skilled HLOP Drivers to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking consistent afternoon shifts and the chance to secure a long-term role.

The Role

  • Operating a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) in a safe and controlled manner
  • Picking, replenishing, and relocating stock within the warehouse
  • Ensuring goods are stored in the correct locations
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed
  • Complying with all health and safety guidelines, including working at height
  • Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience operating an HLOP
  • Valid HLOP licence or recognised MHE qualification
  • Confidence working at height with appropriate safety equipment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
  • Flexible approach to supporting wider warehouse tasks
  • Own transport is highly desirable due to limited public transport and site location
