We are actively recruiting experienced Reach Truck FLT Drivers / Line Feeders for a leading manufacturing operation in Belper, with immediate starts available. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with Reach Truck, Warehouse Operative, Material Handling or Manufacturing Logistics experience looking for long-term work, attractive pay rates and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operating a Reach Truck FLT
- Line feeding production areas with materials and components
- Ensuring continuous supply to busy manufacturing lines
- Stock replenishment and inventory movement
- Transporting goods between warehouse and production departments
- Loading and unloading stock
- Completing daily FLT inspections and safety checks
- Maintaining stock accuracy
- Following all health and safety procedures
Essential Requirements
- Valid Reach Truck FLT Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT, NPORS or equivalent)
- Minimum 12 months' Reach Truck FLT experience
- Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or production experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Flexible to work rotating Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts
- Own transport advantageous for candidates travelling from outside the Belper area
