Key Responsibilities

  • Working efficiently on the line in a fast-paced, high-volume short-order kitchen.
  • Preparing, cooking, and plating orders quickly and accurately to maintain smooth service.

  • Keeping stations clean, organized, and fully prepped.

Requirements

  • Proven experience cooking in a fast-paced short-order or high-volume pub/hotel kitchen.
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate (or equivalent).
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to hit the ground running.
  • Own transport is strongly recommended due to the shift finish times and location (MK44).
