Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of SEN pupils.

Support students with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.

Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and wider school staff.

Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where necessary.

Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support student development.

The Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Previous experience working with pupils with special educational needs.

Strong understanding of SEN strategies and effective behaviour management.

Patient, adaptable, and committed to helping every child succeed.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring young people.
