Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently looking for a Team Leader - Ecommerce Fashion for a busy Warehouse in WF17, Batley. Temporary Ongoing Position.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 4:15pm (1 hour unpaid break)
Pay Rate - £13.65
This is not a traditional warehouse Team Leader role. You will lead a team responsible for identifying, sorting and selecting the best-quality and most commercially valuable garments for our eCommerce operation. With new products arriving every day, you will play a key role in ensuring the right stock is selected for online sales, helping us maximise both customer engagement and revenue.
A strong background in fashion and eCommerce is essential. You will need to understand current fashion trends, brands, styles and what makes a product desirable to online customers. Your knowledge and judgement will help ensure that the best products are identified and directed to the eCommerce function.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and support team members, listers, agency staff, volunteers and placement groups.
- Monitor KPI's and take action to address performance issues.
- Ensure team members are fully trained and supported around the warehouse.
- Lead the sorting team in identifying the best and most commercially valuable products for online sales.
- Using your knowledge in fashion, brands, trends and customer demand to assess the potential value.
- Continuously develop your knowledge of current fashion and eCommerce trends to maximise sale opportunities.
- Plan and control the daily workflow across sorting, photography, listing, books, dispatch, culling, inventory and corporate/volunteer activity.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in fashion, eCommerce, online retail or have studied fashion.
- Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, brands, styles.
- Experience working with KPI's.
- Experience of leading, motivating and developing a team.
