Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role is responsible for the delivery of Developer Services activities, including new connections, service installations, mains laying, mains diversions and associated network infrastructure works.
What will you be doing?
- Providing essential support to the Senior Commercial team in a wide range of activities including:
- Cost Management: assisting with cost estimations, tracking expenditures and ensuring alignment with project budgets. Assist with the production and presentation of weekly and monthly CVRs / profit and loss accounts.
- Contract Administration: ensuring compliance with contract terms, managing variations and assisting with the preparation of payment applications, submission of final accounts and cash receipt management.
- Subcontractor Management: liaising with subcontractors, managing their performance and processing payments.
- Client and Stakeholder communication: maintaining clear communication with clients, project managers and other project stakeholders.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience within Quantity Surveying, preferably within Utilities contracting.
- Basic understanding and previous experience of NEC contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Full driving licence.
