This opportunity has arisen as part of the firms continued commitment to maintaining its reputation as a high-performing conveyancing department known for delivering exceptional client service. They are looking for someone with a proactive, positive and client-focused approach who will make a meaningful contribution to the teams ongoing success.
You will be responsible for managing an interesting and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, handling transactions from instruction through to completion.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing a broad range of residential conveyancing files
Building strong rapport with clients and maintaining excellent levels of client care
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with local estate agents and introducers
Supporting and contributing to a strong, collaborative team culture
Maintaining high professional and compliance standards at all times

Solid experience handling a variety of residential conveyancing matters
