Are you an experienced in-house recruiter looking for a role where you can take ownership of recruitment and make a real difference?
Our client, a well-established charity based in Bath, is looking for a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join its HR team. This is a standalone recruitment role offering the opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle whilst helping to shape and improve recruitment processes and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
The Role Reporting into the HR team, you will be responsible for:
Managing end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of vacancies.
Partnering with hiring managers to attract and recruit high-quality talent.
Developing sourcing strategies and proactively identifying candidates.
Supporting onboarding alongside the HR team.
Promoting inclusive recruitment practices and ensuring an excellent candidate journey.
Managing the ATS, producing recruitment reports and analysing recruitment KPIs.
Building strong relationships with hiring managers and external agencies.
Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, employer branding and ways of working.
About You Previous experience in an in-house recruitment role.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction skills.
A good understanding of inclusive recruitment practices.
Excellent organisational and IT skills.
A proactive, collaborative and customer-focused approach.
