An established organisation is seeking a Procurement Data Administrator to join its busy procurement team on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong data, reporting and stakeholder management skills to support procurement operations during a key period of activity.

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Your new role
As Procurement Data Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining procurement data, supporting supplier onboarding processes and providing vital reporting and administrative support to the wider procurement function.
Managing new supplier registrations, validating information and maintaining accurate records.
Maintaining procurement data across finance and purchasing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Supporting supplier due diligence processes, including financial and fraud prevention checks.
Administering purchasing card activity, monitoring usage and reconciling transactions.
Producing reports, management information and procurement data analysis.
Acting as a point of contact for procurement enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Maintaining procurement records, registers and documentation while supporting the wider team with administrative activities.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within an administrative, procurement, finance or data entry role.
Strong Excel skills with experience producing reports and analysing data.
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
Ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Previous procurement experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
