Are you a Mechanical biased Project / Contracts Manager with experience of running Mechanical HVAC projects from small works up to a rough value of £3-5 million? This is an opportunity to work for a business that not only offers a job but also the chance to have shares within the company and be part of something that is growing.
This company specialises in Mechanical Projects across various commercial buildings, mostly refurbishments and upgrades with some new works. They cover all aspects of HVAC and Controls and are looking for someone with experience in Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Controls. They have team members from the Gas / Heating side, so this person would balance the team in terms of specialism.
Some of the projects you would be involved in include:
- A large commercial site where they are stripping down existing AC units and replacing them with HVRF and DX units, new ductwork, and AHUs.
- Domestic hot water, new cold water services, and end of journey services such as showers and toilets.
- New Controls (subbed out to BMS company); knowledge of this would be massively advantageous.
- FCU replacements.
- Duct and Vent upgrades.
- Air Conditioning upgrades.
- ASHPAC and Vent plumbing.
