Are you an organised and detail-focused individual with experience in stock control and materials management?

We are looking for a Material Stock Controller to join our Operations team, ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, controlled and supplied to production to support on-time manufacturing.

About the Role As a Material Stock Controller, you will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy, material traceability, and production line supply.

You will ensure the right materials are available at the right time while adhering to health, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Receive and control all incoming materials, identifying and escalating any stock discrepancies or damage.

Carry out daily stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

Complete data entry using Microsoft systems and business databases.

Store materials in designated locations and manage packaging inventory.

Supply materials to production lines throughout the shift in line with operational requirements.

Issue materials for future production plans using planning tools.

Maintain clean, organised, and audit-ready material storage areas.

Manage stock rotation and quarantine or out-of-date materials appropriately.

Follow all Health & Safety, hygiene, and company procedures.

What We're Looking For Essential Good level of written and spoken English.

Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail.

Microsoft Office and database experience.

Strong communication skills.

Experience in stock control, packaging, or materials handling roles.

Good timekeeping and reliability.

Ability to analyse information and solve problems.

Counterbalance Forklift Licence - Essential
Desirable Experience within a FMCG manufacturing environment.
