Tonic are pleased to partner with our client to recruit an Executive Head Chef for a prestigious site, catering for 1,400 across breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a wider catering team of 100+ and a chefs' team of 25. This is a leadership role rather than a production role. You won't be on the pass every service; you'll run the operation, develop the team, and set the standard across the site. The client is genuinely food-passionate, with strong market knowledge, and is looking for someone who thinks differently and brings real creativity to the table.
