As a Painter and Decorator, youll work across Hampshire carrying out painting and decorating in both void and tenanted properties.
Youll be joining an established contractor delivering property maintenance work across the Hampshire area.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Painter and Decorator with over five years of experience who is looking to start immediately and secure ongoing work.

As a Painter and Decorator, you will be:
Carrying out all aspects of internal and external painting
Preparing surfaces, including sanding, filling, and priming
Painting walls, ceilings, doors, skirting boards, and other woodwork
Completing decorating work in both void and tenanted properties
Carrying out minor repair and preparation work before decorating
Working to a high standard while maintaining clean and tidy work areas
Liaising professionally with tenants while working in occupied properties
Completing work within agreed timescales
