HGV 1 Driver

Pertemps are currently recruiting experienced HGV 1 Drivers to work on behalf of a world-leading distribution company based in Basingstoke.
We are seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking drivers who can follow a structured delivery schedule and delivering great customer service at each location.
Overview of the role :
Temp to perm role
Two-weekly shift pattern with varied start times depending on shift pattern
Shift pattern does include weekend
Overtime after 8 hours and weekend hourly rate of £25.56 an hour
Delivering stock to retail stores in a timely and safe manner
Operate tail lifts and pallet trucks when required
Accurately complete all delivery documentation
Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects
Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
Comply with all driving regulations, including tachograph and working time rules
Shift Patterns :
Week 1 = Monday to Saturday, start times between - 00:30am 03:30am
Week 2 = Monday to Friday, start times between - 00:30am 03:30am
Requirements for this Role:
Full UK relevant driving licence (No more than 6 points)
HGV 1 Licence with 6 months experience of driving
CPC card and Digital Tacho Card
