The Role As a Cleaner with Polished by Evestair, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of cleaning across a variety of client properties and sites.
Jobs may include:
Domestic and residential cleaning
End of tenancy cleaning
Deep cleaning
Move-in and move-out cleaning
Commercial and office cleaning
Event cleaning and clean-ups
Carpet cleaning, where trained
Other specialist cleaning services, where required
Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and communal areas
Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
Dusting and wiping surfaces, furniture and fixtures
Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms and toilets
Cleaning kitchen surfaces, appliances and cupboards as required
Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
Completing deep-cleaning tasks to a high standard
Following cleaning checklists and client instructions
Using cleaning products and equipment safely
Reporting any damage, maintenance issues or concerns
Ensuring client property and belongings are treated with care
Completing assigned jobs within the allocated time
Maintaining a professional and respectful attitude when working in clients' homes or premises
What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable and punctual
Hardworking with a strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Professional and respectful around clients
Able to follow instructions and cleaning checklists
Physically able to carry out cleaning duties
Flexible with working hours and locations
Committed to delivering excellent customer service
Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not essential , as guidance and training can be provided to the right candidate.
Working Hours This is a flexible role, with working hours depending on client bookings and cleaning requirements.
Applicants should be prepared to work across different locations and may be offered weekday and weekend work.
