The Role:

You'll be in charge of developing and implementing our entire CRM and marketing game plan. This role focuses on warmly welcoming new customers, making sure our current customers feel loved, and building lasting loyalty every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies to enhance the customer lifecycle and increase sales/profits.
  • Manage and maintain our CRM platform and work with our Sales and Digital teams to drive performance.
  • Own our customer-facing Marketing campaigns to support our promotional activity and new product launches.
  • Work with our Finance team to improve our customer segmentation to deliver personalised and targeted Marketing and CRM activity.
  • Track, analyse, and report on KPIs related to our Marketing and CRM initiatives, to continually drive improvement in these areas.
  • Train and support our colleagues to use our CRM platform effectively.
