You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to ensure process improvements are successfully introduced and controlled through effective documentation, including Process Operation Sheets, PFMEAs and Control Plans.

You will also contribute to manufacturing optimisation projects, supporting tooling selection, production line balancing and process improvements that improve efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer with a strong technical background and a passion for continuous improvement. Candidates should ideally be qualified to HNC, HND or Degree level in an Engineering discipline, or be working towards a relevant degree qualification. Previous Manufacturing Engineering experience within a production or manufacturing environment is essential.

You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using structured problem-solving methodologies and data-driven decision making. Knowledge of manufacturing process development, process controls and continuous improvement techniques is required. Experience using CAD software, ideally Siemens NX or similar 3D CAD packages, would be highly advantageous. Knowledge of tooling specification, line balancing and manufacturing process optimisation is also desirable. Previous automotive manufacturing experience would be beneficial, although candidates from other high-volume or complex manufacturing environments are encouraged to apply.
