We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience as an IFA Administrator, the role will have the following responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks relating to client onboarding, reviews, and financial planning recommendations.

Prepare and process new business applications across pensions, investments, protection and tax wrappers.

Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain valuations, policy information and resolve queries.

Liaise with clients, as and when required, to provide a high level of customer service.

Ensure all documentation is complete, compliant and accurately recorded in line with FCA requirements.

Maintain and update client records on back-office systems Produce and quality-check client letters, reports and review packs for adviser meetings.

Assist with compliance-related duties, including file checks and audit preparation.

Act as a point of escalation for junior administrative staff, providing training, guidance and quality assurance.

Support paraplanners (internal or external) and financial advisers to ensure seamless client service delivery.

Contribute to process improvements and maintain internal procedural documentation.

Having previous experience in a similar role, a sound knowledge of the regulation relating to Financial Services is required.
