The Customer Service Project Manager is a pivotal role sitting at the heart of our ambitious and rapidly growing business, offering an outstanding opportunity for the right person to build a rewarding career alongside experienced industry leaders. As the primary point of contact between our customers, sales team, and production team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, facilitating efficient order processing, and maintaining a positive, solution-focused approach to any challenges that arise. You will play a key part in driving our success, with the support and guidance of a dynamic team committed to innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Liaising with Customers: Act as the primary point of contact for customers ordering modular buildings. You will handle initial enquiries, advise on product options, and provide installation and delivery dates.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the full lifecycle of customer projects, from initial consultation through to project completion and handover. Ensure that all deliverables are met on time and to the agreed specifications.
- Order Management: Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Liaise with internal teams to confirm availability, scheduling and delivery timelines.
- Communication: Maintain regular and clear communication with customers via email and telephone. Provide updates on order status and resolve any emerging issues promptly.
- Problem-Solving: Address project challenges as they arise, coordinate solutions with various functions, and ensure minimal disruption to the customer experience.
- Documentation: Prepare project documentation including contracts, schedules, progress reports, and customer feedback forms. Ensure all records are maintained in line with company policy.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project outputs to ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design, production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met at each stage of the project.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the project management and customer service functions. Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
