We're recruiting an experienced Live-in Bar Supervisor to join our client's hospitality team in the Highlands.

Key responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming guest experience Providing expert knowledge of drinks, cocktails, wines, beers, spirits and menus Preparing bills and processing payments accurately using the POS system Handling guest queries and resolving any issues professionally Completing daily cash-ups and recording takings accurately Carrying out end-of-day lock-up procedures to secure the bar and premises Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar and guest areas Supporting the F&B Manager with the smooth operation of the bar Working closely with the restaurant and wider hospitality team, assisting with food service when required Following all food hygiene, licensing, and health and safety regulations at all times Your personality, experience and qualifications We're looking for a confident leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
You'll ideally have: Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a similar hospitality leadership role Excellent customer service and communication skills A friendly, approachable, and professional manner Strong leadership skill with the ability to motive and support a team The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative A high level of honesty, reliability, and attention to detail If you're ready to take the next step in your hospitality career in the beautiful Scottish Highlands, we'd love to hear from you.
