The Role
Work closely with the internal and external sales teams to maintain a high level of customer service.

Act as the point of contact for designated existing and potential customers.

Support Commercial and Finance teams, where required, to ensure compliance.

Provide excellent communication channels both internally and externally.

Support Business Development Managers in the delivery of new business.

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through pro-active communication.

Raise new specifications in line with customer requirements for the commercial department and request samples when required.

Raise new specifications and process new artworks and tooling for both new and amended specifications.

Obtain purchase orders and invoice customers for all new tooling.

Process sales orders, amendments, and cancellations when required, in a timely and efficient manner, keeping customers fully informed of any changes
Check orders in line with internal procedures.

Monitor customer forecasts to place stock orders, and regularly review stock levels in line with customer agreements and business KPIs.

Manage stock levels (where applicable) in line with both customer agreements and internal aged stock KPI's.

Liaise with internal departments and customers to ensure customer delivery dates are met wherever possible.

Liaise with customers to collect pallets and top boards where applicable.

Use all functionality of the Cobis, OMP, and IT systems required for the role.

Provide effective holiday and absence cover for administrative tasks, including customer communication and placing orders.
