This Automotive Assembly Technician job will involve: Disassembly of automotive gearboxes and engines following instructions using tooling and training.
Inspection of a wide range of engine and transmission components.
Evaluation of parts against set criteria and drawings.
Measurement of features against drawings using various measuring tools.
Assembly of engines and transmissions on a production line.
Testing of engines and transmissions. ?
This Automotive Assembly Technician job will suit: Previous experience in a similar position is not essential as training will be given, but any experience of working within an engineering, manufacturing or automotive / vehicle workshop environment would be beneficial.
Above all we are looking for candidates who are reliable & enthusiastic about working within a growing business working on projects with some of the leading manufacturers in the automotive industry.
You will be working in a busy production environment, and some tasks can be physical and fast paced.
