Pay Rate: £15.85 per hour, £17.72 per hour for hours worked after 9:00pm
The Role: We are recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a leading automotive manufacturer based in Banbury. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temporary-to-permanent position within a fast-paced production environment.
The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling high-quality automotive components while working to strict production schedules and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly of automotive parts and components
- Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Following engineering drawings, work instructions, and production specifications
- Conducting quality checks throughout the assembly process
- Meeting production targets and tight deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience within the automotive industry or a manufacturing/production environment is essential
- Experience using hand tools is required
- Experience using power tools is desirable
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
