We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join the talented pastry team within a prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant in Surrey. Working alongside the senior pastry team, the successful Pastry Chef de Partie will play an important role in delivering exceptional desserts and pastry dishes to the highest standards. The Person
The successful Pastry Chef de Partie will have:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or in a similar pastry role within a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality environment
- Michelin-starred or multi-AA Rosette experience would be highly desirable
- A genuine passion for pastry and fine dining
- Strong technical pastry skills and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to consistently produce high-quality desserts and pastry dishes
- A good understanding of food hygiene, health & safety and allergen legislation
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- The ability to remain calm and focused during busy service
- A willingness to learn, develop and take on new techniques and ideas
- A genuine ambition to progress within a high-performing pastry kitchen
