The Role

As a Coded Welder / Fabricator, you will join a skilled production team responsible for manufacturing high-quality fabricated products. You will work from engineering drawings, complete coded welding activities, and ensure all work meets strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out coded welding and fabrication work
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings (Third Angle Projection)
  • Complete quality checks including MPI / Dye Pen testing where required
  • Record production information using an MRP system
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping
  • Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S improvements

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Certified welding qualifications
  • Previous welding/fabrication experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
