Are you an experienced Social Worker looking for a Family Safeguarding role in a location that is easily commutable from London, with manageable caseloads and genuine flexibility around office working?
We are currently recruiting for experienced Safeguarding Social Workers to join a supportive local authority that is focused on keeping caseloads as manageable as possible and providing Social Workers with the support and development they need to succeed.
You will work across Child in Need and Child Protection, providing longer-term family support and safeguarding interventions. The role involves minimal court work, allowing you to focus on direct work with children, young people and families.
