  • Good organisational and time-management skills

Don't worry if you don't tick every box. If you have a good construction background, strong communication skills and the right attitude, we can help you develop the technical CDM knowledge required for the role.

What Makes This Role Different?

We recognise that excellent people do not always want a traditional Monday-to-Friday consultancy role. That's why we're happy to consider:

  • Full-time or part-time working
  • Flexible working hours (school hours available)
  • Hybrid home, office and site-based working
  • PAYE employment
  • Consultancy/self-employed arrangements
  • Candidates looking to transition into CDM Consultancy from a construction background
  • Candidates seeking long-term career development within Health & Safety and CDM

We are more interested in finding the right person than forcing applicants into a rigid working pattern.
