Finance Assistant Location: Auchterarder (Onsite) Rate: Β£150 per day Contract: Inside IR35
Role Overview: Bright Purple is delighted to be supporting one of Scotland's most prestigious hospitality brands in the search for a Finance Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, collaborative finance team where you'll play a key role in ensuring financial operations run smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work across a variety of finance systems, support reconciliations, manage financial records and help deliver the exceptional service standards the organisation is renowned for. Essential Skills: Previous experience as a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or in a similar finance support role
Strong understanding of reconciliations, financial administration and transactional finance
Confident using Microsoft Excel and financial systems
Experience processing cash books and company credit card reconciliations
Experience supporting Accounts Receivable activities
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues across the business
A positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
Desirable Skills: Experience using SUN6, Lightspeed, Book4Time or Peoplevine
Previous experience within hospitality, leisure or a customer-focused environment
Experience managing memberships or gift voucher reconciliations
