Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative or Skilled Operative for our client, a leading food manufacturer producing high-quality products enjoyed by households across the UK.

Staffline is recruiting Production and Skilled Operatives in Attleborough.

This role is working 4 on, 4 off shift pattern from 6pm - 6am.

  • Pay rates are: - Up to 45 hours £16.33 per hour - Overtime after 45 hours £24.50 per hour
  • Your Time at Work

As Skilled Operative, you will prepare and batch sauce ingredients for our award-winning meals, ensuring compliance with Critical Control Points (CCP's) and Food Safety procedures.

No worries if you're new- full training is provided.

Other duties include

  • Produce and package food products to high quality standards
  • Work to customer specifications and production targets
  • Handle both raw meat and ready-to-eat products
  • Carry out manual handling tasks as part of your role
  • Perform quality inspections and take product samples as per specifications.
  • Set up equipment and areas for production, ensuring safety controls, hygiene standards, and proper tools are in place.
