Making Space is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team at Sherdley Court in Prescot.

We have two contracts available: 37.5 hours per week £29,133 per annum, permanent contract 30 hours per week £23,306 per annum, 6-month fixed-term contract, with a view to extension The role As Assistant Manager, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home.

You will support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, while helping to maintain a positive, safe and homely environment for residents.

This is a hands-on role, so you will also be part of the rota and ready to provide care and support when needed.

You will help lead by example and promote Making Spaces values across the team.

About you We are looking for someone with experience in a relevant care setting who understands the importance of treating people with dignity, kindness and respect.
