Creative Support are looking to welcome warm, compassionate Support Workers to our dedicated team in Hyde.
Our Intensive Support Service is dedicated to empowering three individuals with support needs arising from learning disabilities or physical disabilities to regain their independence, build essential daily living skills, and establish a healthy routine.
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in enabling and supporting individuals to enjoy a fulfilling life, participate in community, and develop their abilities.
While experience in health or social care is beneficial, it's not essential.
