As a Claims Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our claims operation, helping us maintain our reputation as a trusted partner to our clients. This role can be based from either our Blisworth or Tamworth office, with home-working flexibility and ad hoc travel to the office as required.
How you'll make an impact:
- Partner with Claims Managers and the wider management team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Act as a key point of contact between claims handlers and management, ensuring effective communication and efficient workflow management.
- Support the day-to-day coordination of incoming and existing claims to maximise operational efficiency.
- Produce and analyse claims statistics, management information, and performance reports to support business decision-making.
- Maintain accurate claims and client data, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of internal reports, client-facing reports, and service review documentation.
- Develop and document procedures to support consistent and compliant ways of working.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and support compliance with office procedures, client service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with claims payment authorisation processes in line with agreed controls and governance requirements.
- Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to the wider team as required.
- Support Claims Managers with service delivery initiatives, management information, and reporting requirements.

- Experience within a motor claims handling environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to analyse data and produce meaningful reports and insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
Desirable:
- A Law degree or equivalent insurance qualification.
- Experience working within a legal, insurance, claims management, or related environment.
- Previous experience supporting team performance, process improvement, or operational reporting.
