We are looking for a commercially focused Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Independent Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in supporting business growth by partnering with commercial leadership teams, providing financial insight, and helping drive strategic decision-making across the organisation.
The role is hybrid to Ashford Kent, working 1-2 days per week in our Ashford office.
As a trusted finance partner, you will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Finance and Strategy to develop robust financial models, analyse business performance, and provide meaningful insight into key initiatives. You will be responsible for evaluating ROI, tracking performance against targets, and translating financial data into actionable recommendations that support growth and profitability.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with Finance Business Partnering or Finance Manager experience within a commercial environment. You will possess strong financial accounting, analysis and financial modelling skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear business insights. Experience influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, is essential, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
