Role Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities & Duties as a Nursery Office Manager:

  • Providing first class administrative support and personal assistance to the Nursery Manager.
  • Ensure the efficiency of the day to day running of the nursery.
  • Follow the company’s policies and procedures, whilst at all times complying with data protection legislation.
  • As the needs of our children come first, you will be required to occasionally support in base rooms (all training will be provided).

Required Qualifications: Essential skills and experience for our Nursery Office Manager:

  • Previous experience using Microsoft systems
  • Experience within Office Management or Administration is essential
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Confident communicator verbally and written
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
