Salary: Circa £43,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience, the position is full time, 37 hours per week | 52 weeks per year.

About the role: As an Electrical Lecturer (Installation), you will deliver high-quality T-Level and vocational programmes from Level 1 introductory courses through to Level 3 qualifications. You will support learners to develop the technical skills, confidence and professional behaviours needed to succeed in the electrical industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver engaging teaching across a range of electrical installation courses
- Assess, review and monitor learner progress, maintaining accurate records
- Support learners to achieve their qualifications and career goals
- Embed employability skills and industry expectations into the curriculum
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative learning environment
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong electrical industry experience with relevant professional qualifications (Degree/HND or equivalent)
- AM2 or Gold Card experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage learners
- Teaching qualifications, or a willingness to work towards these with full support provided
- Good IT skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
