Sysco (whose UK operating companies include Brakes, Fresh Direct, KFF and Medina) is recruiting for a Contracted Pricing Lead to join our high-performing Pricing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional to play a key role in delivering our contracted pricing strategy, supporting pricing decisions that drive business performance, protect margin and respond effectively to changing market conditions.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering a hybrid working arrangement, with attendance at our Ashford, Kent office as required.
Working closely with Pricing, Commercial, Merchandising and Finance teams, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our price review process, ensuring pricing reviews are delivered accurately and efficiently across our contracted customer base. You will support the design and implementation of pricing changes, analyse price pass-through and commercial performance, and provide valuable insights to inform pricing strategy and decision-making. The role will also involve developing and maintaining pricing models and tools, supporting new product pricing decisions, and driving continuous improvements that enhance the effectiveness, accuracy and transparency of pricing processes.
We're looking for someone with experience in a pricing, commercial, analytical or data-driven administrative role within a fast-paced environment. You will have strong analytical skills and be confident working with data to identify trends, generate insights and support business decisions. Advanced Excel skills are essential, along with experience using ERP systems and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are equally important, as you will work closely with a variety of teams and act as a key point of contact for pricing-related queries. You will be proactive, organised and confident taking ownership of processes, with the ability to balance detail-oriented analysis with an understanding of the wider commercial impact of pricing decisions.
