We are currently looking for an Adminstrator ( within the EHS Department) for our client based in Ashford
Responsibilities Process EHS Purchase requisitions on ARIBA portal.
Goods receipting of EHS invoices timeously.
Issue access cards to employees, visitors and contractors.
Update as required access rights on JANUS.
Update EHS inspections across site and place orders to address inspection non-conformances.
Issue Spec Savers vouchers to employees.
Issue Temporary disabled parking permits to employees.
Sign off EHS Permits when necessary.
Review and update EHS documentation on the EHSMS.
Review Contractor safety files together with Contractor Supervisors.
Update EHS monthly and quarterly data on Bluesuite as received from Engineering and Waste Management departments.
Consolidate and Update EHS Incidents reports on the EHS Incident Reporting tracker.
Other tasks administrative tasks assigned by EHS manager.
Ideal Candidate : 2-3 years practice in administrative area Good computer skills: MS Office, SAP Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail Good communication, cross-function coordination, and problem-solving skills
