Do you want to join a growing company who invest heavily in their employees through a range of in-house training, offering clear performance-driven progression, and providing the successful candidate with the long-term opportunity to open their own branch?
On offer, is the opportunity for a Business Development Manager or similar to join a successful digital transformation company, who have plans to grow their headcount and turnover over the next few years with a new Business Development Manager.
In this role, the successful Business Development Manager or similar will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, and building long-term supplier partnerships through face-to-face meetings and online demos.
Full in-house training will be provided, including structured supplier introductions and an onboarding, providing the successful Business Development Manager or similar with all the tools needed to grow their long-term career inside of the company.
The ideal Business Development Manager or similar will have a core background in sales, possessing great communication skills, and having a results driven mindset.
