Little Bradley Estate comprises of 1000 Ha arable unit near Newmarket. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a young team. The land is all heavy Hanslope series clay with the farm operating modern equipment and buildings from one central site. The successful candidate will have; practical experience, strong organisational and leadershipskills, good financial ability and an interest in environmental schemes. He/she will be capable of growing the business, communicating with clients and maintaining our excellent reputation. The role will evolve and grow over the next three to five years. The Estate is family owned and operates independently within a group of farms comprising a total of 5000 Ha who share advice, benchmark performance, marketing and purchasing.
