Start ASAP ideally August 2026.
Hybrid Working - 3 days/week remote (WFH) + 2 days/week working on-site.

A chance to work with a leading global IT transformation business on a large-scale Government project: Leading the migration from BMC Remedy to BMC Helix Saa S ITSM environment.
Design, build + migration for an end-to-end BMC Helix ITSM solution covering Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset + Service Catalogue management.
Strong hands-on BMC Helix ITSM experience on large-scale enterprise environments.
In-depth expertise in BMC Helix ITSM modules including: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Request + Knowledge.
Design + build integrations with 3rd-party platforms via BMC Helix i Paa S and REST/SOAP APIs.
Configure + maintain BMC Helix Discovery for CMDB population and CI relationship mapping.
Implementing SLAs/OLAs, automation rules, escalation policies, and approval workflows.
Acting as technical escalation point, monitoring platform health + managing upgrades / patches.
Other
Tasks: BMC Helix i Paa S / Integration Service, AR System workflows, Filters, Escalations, Active Links + Smart IT configuration.
Scripting: Python, Power Shell, Bash for automation tasks.
BMC Helix Discovery (ADDM) + CMDB data modelling.
ITIL v4 Foundation Certification preferred.
