Due to the completion of a significant investment in advanced automated technology, we are seeking an Automation Maintenance Technician to join our team of Maintenance Professionals. If you are frustrated with ageing, unreliable equipment and looking for a more modern, well-invested environment, this could be an excellent next step. Our facility is heavily automated and incorporates advanced systems, so we are seeking an engineer confident working with both PLC controls and robots. You will be joining a well-structured, stable maintenance team with strong support, the right resources to do the job effectively and a shift rotation that will see you work very few nights.

Duties of a Maintenance Technician:

As a proven Maintenance Technician, you will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance across our plant, which will require you to have experience of supporting a wide range of automated plant and equipment which includes Conveyors, PLC Controls, Vision Systems and Robot Technology.

Requirements of a Maintenance Technician:

You must be Apprentice trained with a Level 3 Electrical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent), allied to having at least a fault-finding ability with a proven background in supporting a wide range of automated plant and equipment which includes PLC controls and robots. The role is commutable from Alvechurch, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Kidderminster, Redditch & Worcester.
